Terms of use
Version 1 · Last updated: September 29, 2026 (date of the Spanish version)
1. Who provides the service
AduanaClic (aduanaclic.com) is operated by Edsi Fabián Pérez Jaramillo, an individual domiciled at Calle Neptuno 229, Valle Esmeralda, Barrio 4, C.P. 28219, Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico.
Contact for questions, payments and refunds: [email protected]. For your personal data: [email protected] (see the Privacy notice).
2. What AduanaClic is and is not
- AduanaClic reviews foreign-trade documents and gives guidance: probable tariff item, regulations, approximate duties, findings and how to fix them, with their legal basis.
- It is not a customs broker (agente aduanal) or a customs brokerage firm. It does not file pedimentos, sign or represent anyone before Mexican customs.
- The result is not an official ruling or a binding classification. The final tariff item is determined by the licensed customs broker who signs, and the authorities may review it.
- Anything that changes money or requirements is marked «Decision for the signing broker».
3. Artificial intelligence
Part of the analysis is done by artificial intelligence using official rules and databases. It can make mistakes. That is why every point comes with its legal basis, so it can be checked before it is used.
4. Your account and your key
- Your key belongs to you or your firm. Keep it safe: whoever has it uses your credits.
- You can ask us to change it or to close the account.
5. Credits, prices and payments
- Reviews are paid with credits. Each service states how many it uses.
- Classified catalogs are paid separately, by pack according to the number of products.
- Classified catalogs and Pre-shipment inspection at origin include 2 rounds of corrections within 30 days.
- Prices are in Mexican pesos plus Mexican VAT (IVA) and are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (card or OXXO). AduanaClic does not see or store your card data.
- We do not issue Mexican invoices (CFDI) for now. You receive Stripe's payment receipt.
- Validity: credits do not expire while your account exists. If this ever changes, it will be announced on this page and will only apply to purchases made after the change.
6. Refunds
- If something fails on our side (the review was not delivered or came out incomplete because of a system error), we give you back the credits of that review. Write to [email protected] with the date and time.
- If you have not used any credit of the pack, you can ask for a full refund within 30 calendar days after the purchase, by writing to [email protected] from the email you used to buy. When the money is refunded, the credits of that pack are removed from your account.
- If you already used part of the pack, there is no cash refund of what was used; your remaining credits stay in your account and do not expire.
- How it is refunded: if you paid by card, to the same card (the bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it). If you paid at OXXO, by bank transfer to the account you indicate, because OXXO payments cannot be refunded through the same channel.
- This does not take away the rights granted to you by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law).
7. What you upload
- Upload only documents you are entitled to share.
- They are read to give you the result and are not stored, except in Classified catalogs and Pre-shipment inspection at origin, which work with a living file (expediente vivo) and are deleted automatically after 180 days. All as stated in the Privacy notice.
8. Liability
- AduanaClic is responsible for carrying out the review with care and with official sources in force at the cut-off date stated in each report.
- It is not responsible for decisions made without checking the legal basis, for false or incomplete data provided to it, or for changes in the law published after the cut-off date.
- Limit: up to the amount paid for the review in question.
9. Language
These terms, the Privacy notice and the reports are issued in Spanish. Any translation into another language is a courtesy: if there is a difference, the Spanish version prevails. Tariff items, NICO codes, NOM codes, legal citations and official Mexican names always stay in Spanish.
10. Governing law and courts
Mexican federal law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Manzanillo, Colima. If you contract as a consumer, this does not take away your right to go to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO, the Mexican consumer protection agency) or any other right granted to you by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.
11. Changes
If these terms change, they are published on this same page with their new date. What has already been paid is honored under the terms in force at the time of payment.
